My name's Sam Torrence and I live at Reynolds Lake Oconee in Greensboro, Georgia. Lived here for five and a half years, moved here from Pennsylvania Eastern part of Pennsylvania. Eagle territory, North of Philadelphia.
My American dream is a clean world. It's a clean community. It's paying attention to what that climate is and what it needs to be. My American dream also has neighbor taken care of neighbor. Again, has communities, you know, taking care of themselves. It's aligning ourselves with our allies, it's making more allies. And it's just making sure that not just a tolerance, but there's an acceptance. You know, there are so many things that I personally might not do or might not agree with. I accept people's abilities to make their decisions for themselves, as long as it's not something that puts me in my family at risk, or as long as it's not something that jeopardizes the health and well-being of our community. But to have a general acceptance of the differences that exist and still be able to live peacefully and live cohesively.
